Motion to approve contract with Quicket Solutions, e-citation/ADJ program, in the amount of $23,000.

Motion to approve hiring of a part-time patrol officer.

Discuss and approve CY 2025 Hosting, annual maintenance, and premium support for Tantalus AMI for $47,212.15 from Tantalus.

Discuss and approve purchase of Multispeak 4.1 protocol to be added to the Tantalus AMI system for $16,200.00 from Anixter .

Discuss and approve the purchase of one 2500 kva transformer for $115,127 and one 3750 kva transformer for $189,187 from Sunbelt Solomon Transformers.
