Petitioner is seeking approval to re-subdivide Lot 25, a duplex lot, located in Ridgeview Subdivision, in order to make each side or each half of the duplex into an individual saleable and taxable property. The tract of land affected is commonly known as 705 A & B Burgess Drive, Utica, IL 61373. Property is currently zoned R-1 (Residential District)

      2.) Consideration and Possible Action on an Ordinance granting approval to the Petitioners to re-subdivide Lot 25, a duplex lot, located in Ridgeview Subdivision, in order to make each side or each half of the duplex into an individual saleable and taxable property.
