Summary of the Public Hearing held on 2-27-25 regarding the Petition of DND Property Solutions, LLC, 325 Clark Street, Utica, IL 61373, a designated series of an Illinois liability company, as Owner and Petitioner. Petitioner is seeking approval to re-subdivide Lot 25, a duplex lot, located in Ridgeview Subdivision, in order to make each side or each half of the duplex into an individual saleable and taxable property. The tract of land affected is commonly known as 705 A & B Burgess Drive, Utica, IL 61373. Property is currently zoned R-1 (Residential District)
