Approve Preliminary/Final Plat for John Green for a one-lot subdivision, to be known as the Greene Subdivision in Section 26 in Wyanet Township on the west side of 1675 E. St. approximately 475' south of 1350 N. Ave. at 13437 1675 E. St.

Approve Rezone from Agriculture to Rural Estate for Ivan H. Walter Trust and Wilma M. Walter Trust to bring a single family home into compliance with the Zoning Ordinance on the north side of Angling Rd approximately 1/2 mile east of 2750 E. St. at 27951 Angling Rd in Section 27 of Berlin Township.

2. Approve Proposed Decommissioning and Site Restoration Plan Agreement for Bureau Solar 2 LLC with RLI as the bonding agent.
