The property is identified as being located on the West side of Hwy. 29, next to former Ranch House, 210 S. Hwy. 29, Bureau. Parcel #23-17-101-008 is located on property in Section 17 of Leepertown Township.
5. Other Business.
• Review and Recommendation of the proposed Decommissioning and Site Restoration Plan Agreement with Arch Insurance Company as bonding company for the Cherry IL Solar 1 LLC project.
• General discussion on text amendment procedures.
