Request from the La Salle Business Association for a Special Event Permit to allow the extension of outdoor music until 11 p.m., increase of allowed decibel readings, street closure and the use of City-owned property on Friday, September 12; Saturday, September 13; both in 2025 and both in the 500 and 600 blocks of First Street and related matters.

Request from the Ax Church for a Special Event Permit to allow a street closure on Sunday, August 10, 2025; on Tonti Street between First and Canal to host a Baptism Cookout event and related matters.

Request from Gary Urbanski for two curb cuts at 1216 6th Street on both 6th and Laharpe streets and related matters.

Request for a speed bump(s) on Hennepin Street between McArthur Road and 11th Street and related matters.

Authorization of Pay Request #5 for Municipal Well & Pump totaling $294,774.28 for work completed to date on 2024 Water System Improvements/Deep Well Drilling project and related matters.

Authorization of Pay Request #2 & Final for Ficek Electric & Communication Systems, Inc. totaling $13,754.60 for work completed to date on Exterior Lighting Upgrades project and related matters.
