          Motion to approve quote from MAP Quality Fencing & Decks, in the amount $19,550 to install fence at the new Water Street dog park (City portion-$10,550; MAP Quality Fencing & Decks-$8,500)

          Motion to approve the purchase of 30 65’ Class H2 poles for $69,300 from Thomasson Company.

          Motion to approve the purchase of line construction materials from Anixter for $184,633.86

          Motion to approve the purchase of line construction materials from Fletcher Reinhardt for $69,430.81.

          Motion to approve the budgeted lease of split reel, reel stand, and bull wheel tensioner for 48 months with a quarterly payment of $21,627.65.

          Motion to promote James Strack to the position of Crew Foreman
