IV. 5:30 pm - Public Hearing:
1. For the purpose of considering and hearing Public Comment and Testimony regarding the Petition of Michael J. Valle and Sacha N. Valle, as Owners of property located at 811 Burgess Dr., Utica, IL 61373. Petitioners are seeking a Variance to the Village of North Utica Zoning Ordinance provisions regarding construction of an accessory building for storage purposes on property located in the R-1 District (Section 10.7A-4 et.seq. of the Zoning Ordinance). Property is zoned R-1 (Residential Zoning District)
A. It is proposed that the Petitioners be granted the following:
1) A Variance from Section 10-7A-4 et.seq. of the Village of North Utica Zoning Ordinance, as necessary to allow the maximum area of an accessory building to 320 sq. ft.; and
2) Variances to allow a rear setback and side yard setback(s) of zero (0) feet; and
3) Such other relief and Variances as may be necessary to allow the Petitioners’ intended construction and use.
2. Discussion and Possible Recommendations of the Planning Commission regarding such Hearing.
