Sandwich Committee of Whole discusses water-tower painting project plan

At a meeting this week, the Sandwich Committee of the Whole considered advancing a recommendation to proceed with a proposed water-tower painting project.

(4) 16-00000-02-GM: 2016 Hot-Mix Asphalt Street Maintenance bid opening is scheduled for 10:00 am of Tuesday, August 9, 2016.

(5) Recommendation to issue the Notice to Proceed for the “750,000 Gallon Spheroid, Exterior Overcoat, Wet Interior Repaint, Dry Interior Partial Repaint, and Miscellaneous Repairs” (2016 Water Tower Painting) Project

(6) At the regular meeting of Tuesday, July 26, 2016, the Zoning Board of Appeals granted a variation to decrease the minimum east side lot set back requirements from 10’-0 to not less than 10% of the lot width of 66 feet, being 6.6 feet, in order to accommodate both the existing house and the proposed addition on the site by a vote of 5-0.
