Two Illinois Valley Community College (IVCC) men's basketball players have earned postseason honors, according to a report on the school's website.
Sophomore Rickey Calvin was named to the All-Region IV District 3 second team, the All-Region tournament team and the All-Arrowhead Conference second team.
Calvin averaged 15.3 points and 7.2 rebounds per game this season, according to njcaa.org. He also had 35 blocked shots and made 52.1 percent of his shot attempts.
In two games in the Region IV tournament, Calvin scored a total of 53 points and grabbed 26 rebounds, shooting 25 of 43 from the floor for a 58.1 field goal percentage.
Freshman Keymonta Johnson earned a spot on the All-Arrowhead Conference second team after averaging 12.1 points and seven rebounds a game this year, to go with 47 steals and 25 blocks.
IVCC ended the season with an 18-14 record.
