Old Business
• Health & Safety Fair, June 14th, 11:00 – 2:00, EMA Building. We are in need of volunteers for food serving, entrance and prize registration and take down on the day of the Fair. Please see Julie or Rich to sign up.
Departmental Incidents
• May claims
o NONE – 2nd month of no reported WC claims
• Year-to-Date 10 Workers’ Compensation claims vs. 26 Workers’ Compensation claims last year same time.
Training
• Please ensure that all employees within your department have a copy of the new tornado notification procedures and that they understand the procedures.
Monthly Safety Topic
o Summertime – heat stress disorders (handout)
New Business
• Next meeting is scheduled for July 5th, Room 250 at 2:30
