A detailed review of individual fines revealed that 1 Cent for Children of LaSalle County Schools was the only campaign committee in Ottawa that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that 1 Cent for Children of LaSalle County Schools has yet to pay was imposed on Sept. 2, 2016, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $3,150.
