Commissioner Eichelkraut presented minutes of previous meeting.
Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that the minutes of a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Ottawa, Illinois, held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, be approved as recorded in the permanent files of the City Clerk.

Commissioner Eichelkraut presented Biweekly Salary Payroll.
Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that the Biweekly Salary Payroll of April 6, 2018, in the amount of $367,826.31, be approved and warrants issued.

Commissioner Eichelkraut presented Monthly Expense Report.
Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that the Monthly Expense Report of April 18, 2018, showing expenses in the amount of $1,478,594.78 be approved and warrants issued.

Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that the Monthly Salary Payroll of April 6, 2018, in the amount of $11,638.32, be approved and warrants issued.

Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that a Resolution authorizing the execution of a commercial lease agreement between the City of Ottawa and Carder Development Ottawa LLC, which has been on file for public inspection since April 3, 2018, be adopted.

Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that a Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of employment agreements for appointed city officials in Gary McConville, Dennis Bute, and Gregg Schneider, all as part time NCAT bus drivers, which has been on file for public inspection since April 3, 2018, be adopted.

Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that an Ordinance adopting the Operating Budget for the fiscal year commencing May 1, 2018, be received and placed on file for public inspection. Be it further moved, a public hearing be set for Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at 8:15 a.m. on this said budget.

Moved by Commissioner Aussem that the Low bid received from Stott Contracting LLC in the amount of $576,432.40 for the White Lane sanitary sewer extension project, be accepted and paid for from the Wastewater Fund.

Moved by Mayor Eschbach that a Resolution authorizing the execution of Change Order #1 to the engineering services agreement between the City of Ottawa and McClure Engineering Associates n/k/a IMEG Corp., in the increased amount of $6,840.00, be adopted.
