Dimmick Community Consolidated School District 175 issued the following announcement on May 14.
Cassandra Turczyn (Dimmick Class of 2011 Alumni and current DePaul University student) was awarded the Gilman Scholarship.
She will study language and culture overseas in Japan. Congratulations Cassie!
