Osf St. Elizabeth Hospital issued the following announcement on June 27.
OSF HealthCare Saint James – John W. Albrecht Medical will host a babysitter class from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24 for those who wish to start babysitting or stay home responsibly on their own. Designed for boys and girls ages 9-13, the morning session covers first aid, safety in the home, basic child care and more. After lunch, students will learn how to perform CPR. The class will be in Conference Rooms 3 and 4 at OSF HealthCare Saint James.
The fee is $35 per participant and online registration is required by July 18 at www.osfsaintjames.org. To inquire after the deadline, please call (309) 661-5151. Please bring payment to class. Lunch is provided for the participants.
