A Regular Meeting of the Oglesby City Council was Held on Monday, September 17, 2018, at City Hall. The Meeting Was Called to Order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Commissioners Rivara, Porter, Argubright, Zborowski, Mayor Finley, Attorney Andreoni and City Clerk Mertes.

A Motion was Made by Porter, Seconded by Zborowski, to Approve Ordinance 1034-091718, Establishing the Oglesby Building Improvement Grant Program. AYES: Porter, Rivara, Zborowski, Argubright, Finley.
A Motion was Made by Porter, Seconded by Rivara to Approve Ordinance 1035-091718, Authorizing the Execution of an agreement between the City of Oglesby and Douglas Knoblauch. AYES: Porter, Rivara, Zborowski, Argubright, Finley.
A Motion was Made by Rivara, Seconded by Argubright to Approve Resolution 091718R1, Resolution for the City of Oglesby to join the North Central Illinois Council of Governments at a cost of $1337.30 annually. AYES: Porter, Rivara, Zborowski, Argubright, Finley.
A Motion was Made by Zborowski, Seconded by Porter to Approve resolution 091718R2, OSLAD Grant Program Resolution for Senica Square AYES: Porter, Zborowski, Argubright, Finley Pass: Rivara
A Motion was Made by Porter, Seconded by Zborowski to Place on File Ordinance 1036-100118, Ordinance adopting Land Code Development. AYES: Porter, Rivara, Zborowski, Argubright, Finley.
A Motion was Made by Zborowski, Seconded by Argubright to Place on File the bid from Advanced Asphalt for $125,039.44 for the MFT project. AYES: Porter, Rivara, Zborowski, Argubright, Finley.
The Mayor asked for comments from the public. There were none
Commissioners and Mayor’s Report:

Argubright- Commissioner Argubright said that the bucket truck has arrived and the electric department is using it.
Zborowski- None
Porter- None
Mayor Finley- Mayor Finley stated that any Businesses looking to apply for the Business Improvement Grant can stop by City Hall to get an application.
