Q2 real estate sales report: Channahon

Median prices declined in Channahon over last year, and are down 8.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 56 homes sold in Channahon for a median price of $231,500. That's 3 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Channahon.
