City of Ottawa issued the following announcement on Dec. 13.
The Water Billing Department at 828 East Norris Drive will be closed on Friday, December 14, 2018.
No payments can be accepted at that at location on that day.
Payments by check may be made at any of the City drop boxes or at City Hall, or online with a valid credit/debit card.
