City of Ottawa issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
For inquiring minds, here are the hours and rules of the Thornton Park ice rink. The goal is for EVERYONE to enjoy and have fun. Opening day TBD. Looking at the 15 day forecast we are anticipating suitable ice conditions on or near January 4th.
