PRINCETON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Resolute Asset Management Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Grandopen

Princeton Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.

Resolute Asset Management, located at 522 Executive Dr., Building 5, Suite 522 in Princeton, celebrated its Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on November 13, 2018.

Resolute Asset Management provides nationwide management of residential assets for institutional investors and servicers. With growing customer demand for management of REO properties in the New Jersey area, Resolute decided the time was right to expand personnel in the northeastern United States.

“We work hard to make asset management a seamless process to our customers and the Princeton office is part of our continuous improvement on that process,” said Eilleen Cardone, Operations Manager for the new Resolute office. “Our clients said they wanted to see more boots on the ground in New Jersey. When our clients ask for something, we listen,” she offered.

Resolute Asset Management was founded nearly ten years ago by Clay Lehman, a respected veteran of the mortgage and REO industry. Lehman, who is a CPA and a licensed Real Estate Broker, said “Resolute offers flexible processes to meet each client’s unique needs. We don’t use an assembly line approach. We know no two assets are alike and each requires an innovative solution in order to achieve highest ROI for our clients.”

Asked what he enjoys most about operating Resolute, Lehman offered “I’ve been fortunate to become friends with my clients and to develop close relationships with them. They know they can ask me anything and receive complete transparency.”

“We have a very personable, talented team of twelve that keeps our asset management processes running flawlessly. Our team is made up of real estate, valuation, title and mortgage servicing professionals. This broad spectrum of experience supports our goal of offering the most effective strategy for every asset. We’re also a family run operation. My Dad provides human resources and strategic planning support, and my wife Kelly helps run things behind the scenes. Without our fantastic team, Resolute wouldn’t be who we are today,” said Lehman.
