City of Ottawa issued the following announcement on Feb. 12.
The yellow parking fine boxes located at various locations in the downtown area have been temporarily removed.
Payments can be put in the water bill drop box on Jackson Street or at City Hall, 301 West Madison Street. Payments can also be put in the drop slot in the east door (facing Clinton Street) at City Hall after hours.
