Earlville home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Earlville rose by $7,900 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,900 - a 7.1% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Earlville in the first quarter of 2016.
