Minooka (Grundy County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Minooka in Grundy County rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 6.9% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Minooka in the third quarter of 2016.
