Coal City (Grundy County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Coal City in Grundy County fell by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 7% decrease over the $160,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Coal City in the third quarter of 2016.
