Mazon home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Mazon fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 16.1% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mazon in the fourth quarter of 2016.
