Ransom home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Ransom fell by $102,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,000 - a 55.1% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Ransom in the third quarter of 2016.
