Sheridan home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Sheridan rose by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $208,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Sheridan in the second quarter of 2017.
