Gardner home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Gardner rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Gardner in the second half of 2016.
