Marseilles home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Marseilles fell by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 44.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 11.2% decrease over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Marseilles in the second half of 2016.
