Lake Holiday home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Lake Holiday rose by $24,550 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,500 - a 13.7% increase over the $178,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Lake Holiday in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Lake Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,493, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
