Millington (LaSalle County) home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Millington in LaSalle County fell by $8,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,500 - a 6.2% decrease over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Millington in the first half of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Millington for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,911, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
