Grand Ridge home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Grand Ridge fell by $59,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 38.9% decrease over the $151,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Grand Ridge in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Grand Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,546, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
