Mark home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Mark rose by $34,150 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,900 - a 74.6% increase over the $45,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mark in 2016.
