Morris home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Morris rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 60% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Morris in January 2016.
