Morris home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Morris rose by $5,250 while total sales remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $158,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Morris in February 2016, as well.
