Morris home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Morris fell by $52,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,250 - a 28.9% decrease over the $181,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Morris in May 2016, as well.
