Mendota home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Mendota rose by $53,700 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,000 - a 113.5% increase over the $47,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mendota in September 2016.
