Lake Holiday home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Lake Holiday rose by $30,460 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,000 - a 18.3% increase over the $166,540 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lake Holiday in March 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Lake Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,493, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
