Lake Holiday home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Lake Holiday rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 16.2% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lake Holiday in May 2017.
