Cedar Point home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Cedar Point fell by $4,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Cedar Point in May 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Cedar Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,485, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
