Seneca (LaSalle County) home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Seneca in LaSalle County rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Seneca in September 2017.
