Peru home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Peru fell by $60,950 while total sales increased by 112.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 44% decrease over the $138,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Peru in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Peru for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,143, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
