Granville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Granville rose by $12,200 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,950 - a 16.3% increase over the $74,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Granville in the second quarter of 2017, as well.
