City of Ottawa issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.
Demolition contractors have advised the City of Ottawa the 1600 block of Paul Street from East Norris Drive north to Nebraska Street will be closed to all traffic beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
The street closure is necessary for disconnecting some water services not needed for the Morris Hospital project. No thru traffic will be allowed in the block during the work. Contractors expect the block to be reopened by 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2020.
