City of Ottawa issued the following announcement on Feb. 9.
A mid-block sewer line repair will require the 1400 block of Kansas Street between Elm and Armstrong Streets to be closed to all thru traffic on Monday, February 10, 2020 beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Contractors for the City of Ottawa advise the residents of that block will have access to their property but no thru traffic will be allowed. The block will be reopened to all traffic by the end of the day.
