Seneca Township High School District 160 Policy Committee met Jan. 8.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
A meeting of the Policy Committee was held beginning at 4:30 p.m. The meeting was called to order with the following members present: Ron Frye and Jason Eltrevoog.
Also present: Jim Carlson.
Absent: Cory Yandell
A. Public Comment
There was no public comment.
B. Phone OPS Use
Dr. Carlson reviewed a policy allowing school bus drivers and drivers of activity buses tc use the OPS app on their cell phones in a hands-free mode.
C. District Cell Phone Use Agreement
Dr. Carlson reviewed the district's Cellular Mobile Device Agreement for Work-Kelated and Personal Uses and for Work-Related Only Use. Employees using district cell ?hones are required to pay for a portion of the monthly cost of the phone if the phone is used for personal reasons. If a phone is used for work-related reasons only, the employee will not have to pay for any portion of the monthly cost.
