D. ACTION ITEMS AFTER EXECUTIVE SESSION

President Frye asked for a motion to adopt the following decision regarding the residency of Jessica Pourchot and Student 2023010. Hearing the testimony and evidence provided by the Seneca High School Administration and Jessica Pourchot in this Residency Detennination Hearing, the Board of Education of Seneca Township High School has determined that Jessica Pourchot and Student 2023010 are not and were not residents of Seneca Township High School District 160 prior to and during the 2019-2020 school year and that Jessica Pourchot falsified her residency for the purpose of taking advantage of the educational programs at Seneca Township High School. Further, the Seneca High School Board of Education has concluded that Jessica Pourchot is responsible for paying the first semester tuition in the amount of $14,277.92 for the first semester of the 2019-2020 school year and that Student 2023010 is ineligible to attend Seneca High School. Moreover, the Seneca High School Board of Education authorizes the Administration to work with Jessica Pourchot on a payment plan for student tuition owed including the potential to waive all tuition due. Finally, as a nonresident, we find Jessica Pourchot's claim of homelessness to be erroneous and without merit.

A motion was made by Mark Victor and seconded by Cory Yandell.
