City of La Salle Streets, Alleys and Traffic Committee met May 4.

The Streets, Alleys and Traffic Committee Meeting was held via conference call through the WebEx platform. Alderman, staff, the press, and the public could attend the meeting by calling 312.535.8110 and using Access Code 627-926-490 and Password Code 5272553.
Chairman Bacidore called the meeting to order at 6:17 p.m.
Present- Alderman Bacidore, Alderman Ptak, Alderman Reynolds, Alderman Lavieri, Alderman Jeppson, Alderman Herndon
Absent- Alderman Crane
Others Present:
A quorum was present.
In regard to installing a stop sign southbound at the intersection of Creve Coeur and Gunn Avenue, Chairman Bacidore said this request was brought forth by Police Chief Uranich. In speaking with the Chief, Chairman Bacidore explained that this will replace the Yield sign currently at the location in hopes this will alleviate issues.
A vote was taken and all aldermen present voted in favor of installing the stop sign.
