On July 26, Paul H. Drake purchased a home at 720 Catherine St., Ottawa from Mary Volkman for $106,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,304.54, 2.16% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 20 properties sold in Ottawa.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kyle Gwin, was the only registered voter residing at 720 Catherine St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
