City of LaSalle Finance Committee met Oct. 17.

Chairman Ptak Called the Meeting to order at 6:00pm
ROLL CALL
Present: Chairman Ptak, Aldermen Thompson, Lavieri, Jeppson, Herndon
Absent: NONE
Others Present: Others Present: Deputy Clerk Brent Bader, Finance Director John Duncan, Alderman Reynolds
A quorum was present.
Moved by Alderman Thompson and seconded by Alderman Lavieri to approve and place on file the minutes of the Finance Committee for October 3, 2022.
Each and every aldermen has a copy.
Voice vote, all ayes. Motion carried.
*Fiscal Year 2022 Financial Audit
*RMA Min/Max Contribution Agreement
The Committee previously discussed these topics at a Special Finance Committee October 13, 2022 and members had no further discussion.
Moved by Alderman Laveiri and seconded by Alderman Jeppson to approve a request from William K. Pryde of LaSalle Body and Fender, Inc. for a Redevelopment Incentive Program grant totaling $12,500 for premises located at 140 Crosat Street.
