Minutes of the Regular City Council meeting held February 22, 2024.

Request for a 2024 Raffle License from Friends of Joe Hettel.

Request for a 2024 Raffle License from Citizens to Elect Greg Vaccaro.

Request for a 2024 Raffle License from Hegeler Carus Mansion.

Request from April Murphy of Hegeler Carus Foundation for a Special Event Permit to allow the use of City-owned property on Fridays from June 7, 2024 through August 23, 2024 excluding July 5, 2024 on 7th Street at the business located at 1307 7th Street and related matters.

Request from Illinois Valley Building Trades Council of the AFL-CIO to hold a Tag Day Collection on Saturday, June 15th at the intersection of 11th and Bucklin streets and related matters.

Discussion and potential action regarding the recommendation of the Finance Committee regarding potential replacement of variable frequency drives (VFDs) at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and related matters.

Approval of 2024 Road Program and related matters.
